Cluster lashes, also known as party lashes, are temporary eyelashes. Each cluster is made up of a fan of 5-14 individual lashes. Several clusters are applied to each eye to give instant volume, length, and definition. These lashes are designed to last a couple of days at a time and can be quickly applied. This makes them perfect for an event or special occasion to have short term. Pinkfishes clusters are ‘Knot Free’ allowing seamless application.
Cluster lash applications typically only take 30 minutes with lashes lasting a couple of days. This makes them ideal for events or special occasions. Lash technicians can offer them as an alternative to longer semi-permanent treatments and for clients who can not commit to regular treatments or are looking for a short-term lash enhancement. They can also be a great introduction for clients who aren’t sure if lash extensions are right for them. Cluster Party Lashes are only designed to be worn temporarily. With professional application and proper maintenance, these lashes will last several days.
Although cluster lashes give a similar appearance to lash extensions, they are only designed to last a few days in comparison to lash extensions which can last a few weeks. Cluster lashes are thicker and heavier than lash extensions, and they are not applied to individual lashes so cannot be shed naturally. When applying cluster lashes, you should use a strip lash glue and apply them to the skin, in comparison to lash extensions which you would use a salon grade adhesive and apply to the natural lashes. Cluster lashes do not require qualifications or courses to be able to apply them to yourself or others and so are great for beginners. They can also be removed more easily in comparison, only needing makeup remover.
