The following Terms and Conditions apply to any Contract entered into between pinkfishes.com (Company Registration number 10924427) and you (the Purchaser). You are responsible for reading and understanding these Terms and Conditions as they affect your rights and liabilities.
pinkfishes.com Privacy, Order, Delivery and Returns Policies also form part of pinkfishes.com Terms and Conditions.
By accessing pinkfishes.com website and using our services you, to include also written or verbal communication, consent to the Terms and Conditions herein, and to your understanding, agreement and acceptance of pinkfishes.com Terms and Conditions as contained herein.
Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
If any of these Terms and Conditions are deemed invalid or are not able to be enforced for any reason, then that provision will be agreed to be removed from these Terms and Conditions by pinkfishes.com, and the remaining Terms and Conditions will continue to apply. The Terms and Conditions herein shall not be amended or varied unless specific agreed amendments/variations are agreed by pinkfishes.com.
Warranty
All warranties offered are the Manufacturers warranties and not that of pinkfishes.com
pinkfishes.com will not be liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from pinkfishes.com website of whatsoever nature.
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any
Contract which is due to an event by nature out of and/or beyond the control of either party which causes the termination of a Contract entered into, and which could not have been reasonably foreseen.
pinkfishes.com reserve the right to refuse any Order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order pinkfishes.com will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.
Any products sold by and/or services provided by pinkfishes.com comply with all relevant UK legislation. pinkfishes.com cannot be responsible for them complying with any legal requirement outside of the UK.
It is your sole responsibility to provide your correct details when placing an Order with pinkfishes.com for securing payment from you and despatching Orders for delivery.
Where products ordered by you contain any form of adhesive, instructions for use are clearly contained on a said product. It is solely your full responsibility to follow any instructions, but failure to do so, will be your total liability with no recourse to pinkfishes.com.

Complaints
Should you find cause for complaint, this should be addressed to pinkfishes@mail.com.
Information error(s)
In the event that a product is listed by error at an incorrect price or its description/detail is incorrect, pinkfishes.com reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Orders placed for products listed incorrectly. pinkfishes.com will endeavour to correct any errors once they are aware of the same and at the earliest opportunity.
Whilst pinkfishes.com try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith.
Amendment to the Terms and Conditions
pinkfishes.com reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time as it is deemed fit and proper, and your continued use of the site/our products/services will signify your acceptance of any adjustments and/or changes.
Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotional code unless explicitly stated.
Discount codes cannot be applied to sale items, multipacks, or kits unless otherwise stated.
Some discount codes may not be valid on non-Pinkfishes branded items (e.g. Dyōtics products).
Certain discount codes are item-specific and will only apply once the relevant products have been added to your basket and the code is entered at checkout.
Pinkfishes discount codes will usually have an expiry date, which will be clearly stated at the time of issue.
All course bookings require a £100.00 deposit to secure your place with Love Beauty Training Ltd.
This deposit is non-refundable after 14 days from the initial booking date.
Full payment of the course balance must be made no later than 7 days prior to the course start date.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made no later than 72 hours before the course date to avoid additional charges.
Notice must be received by 5:00pm (close of business).

If cancelled after the initial 14-day period but with more than 72 hours’ notice, a refund will be issued minus the £100.00 deposit.
If cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice, 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
Any outstanding rebooking fees will be deducted from the refund total.
‘No shows’ will not be refunded and to rebook, full payment will be required.
Rebooking
A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to change a course date.
Changes made with less than 7 days’ notice will incur a £50.00 rebooking fee.
Additional Conditions
Online courses and e-learning masterclasses are non-refundable once purchased.
Discounts cannot be applied to courses already booked or to future course payments.
Winners will only be contacted directly by the official @pinkfisheslashco Instagram account, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the giveaway post.
We will never ask for bank details. Messages from any other accounts should be treated as potential scams.
Entry requirements and on what account to enter will be clearly stated in the giveaway description.
Prizes and vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Giveaways are not affiliated with or sponsored by other brands unless explicitly stated.
A valid UK address is required for delivery of physical prizes.
