All orders under the value of £99.00 inclusive of vat are despatched by Royal Mail 2-5 day delivery. This does not include Saturdays and Sundays.
All orders over the value over £99.00 inclusive of vat are despatched by DHL next day delivery to be delivered by 7pm the next working day. Orders placed before 3.30pm Monday to Thursday will be sent the same day, should your order be received after 3.30pm they will be despatched the next working day.
Should your order be under this value and received before 3.30pm Monday to Thursday there is an option to use our next day DHL delivery (7am-7pm) service at £8.50 inc vat.
You have the option for next day delivery (Saturday guarantee) service on a Friday before 3.30pm at a cost of £13.95 inc vat. All orders received after 3.30pm on a Friday will be sent the next working day.
All next day delivery orders received after 3.30pm on a Friday up until 11am the following morning will be sent by Royal Mail as DHL do not collect parcels on Saturdays.
Some orders being delivered by Royal Mail and DHL will require a signature, please ensure that someone is available to sign for your order on the day.
