Returns Policy

Products may be returned within 14 days from the date of receiving them. Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in a re-saleable condition.

Option 1: Return via Your Online Account

1. Log in to your pinkfishes.com account .
2. Go to your order history and select the items you wish to return.
3. Submit and purchase your return request through your account.
4. Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with return instructions and a prepaid return label (if applicable).
5. Re-pack your items securely in strong packaging to avoid damage during transit.
6. Attach the return label and drop the parcel at your nearest drop-off point.

Option 2: Manual Return Process

1. Download and print our Returns Form .
2. Complete the form and include your invoice number, name, address, and reason for return.
3. Re-pack the parcel securely with the completed form and a copy of your original invoice.
4. Send the parcel via recorded delivery to:

Important Information

• You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods unless we delivered the item in error or it is faulty.
• Please retain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
• Once we have received and checked your items, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Exchanges

With prior approval from pinkfishes.com and within our 14-day return period, exchanges can be arranged. Items must be unused, unopened, and inspected before an exchange is processed.

• If the replacement item is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
• If the replacement item costs more, we will contact you to confirm your new payment method before dispatch.
