Delivery & Charges (UK)
All orders up to the value of £98.99 inclusive of vat are despatched 1st class delivery by Royal Mail. As a rule orders usually arrive within 24-48 hours but can take 3-5 working days. This does not include Saturdays and Sundays.
Should your order be under this value and received before 11.30am Monday to Friday there is an option to use our next day delivery service (up until 4pm) at £7.50 inc vat.
You have the option for next day delivery service on a Friday which will be delivered by Monday 1pm and next day Saturday guarantee is available on a Friday for delivery by 1pm on Saturday.
All orders received on Saturday by 11am will be sent the same day. Any orders recieved after 11am will be sent the next working day.
All orders with a value over £99.00 inclusive of vat are despatched by Royal Mail. Orders received by 11.30am will be despatched by Royal Mail to be delivered the next working day. Should your order be received after 11.30am they will be despatched the same day to be delivered in 48 hours.
Should Royal Mail not deliver your parcel within 10 working days of despatch please contact us at pinkfishes.com to discuss replacement item(s)
Some orders being delivered by Royal Mail will require a signature, please ensure that someone is available to sign for your order on the day. There is an instruction box that you may choose to use to opt out of a signature being required. Please note should you choose this option pinkfishes.com cannot be held responsible for this item(s). Should your item not arrive within 72 hours after your original delivery please contact pinkfishes.com.
We offer an International Shipping Service using DHL. Our internation shipping rates are as follows:
Should your delivery be made to a destination not within the European Union local taxes and or import duty may be levied upon your goods. This is your sole responsibility and we cannot be held responsible for these charges.

Orders received by 4pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day, orders after this time will be sent the next working day.
For our next day courier service, all orders need to be received by 11.30am. All orders received Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the next working day.
Orders received on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve or on a UK Bank Holiday will be despatched on the next working day.
