How to Use

Pinkfishes Hybrid Stain Developer is made to work seamlessly with our collection of Hybrid Brow Stains.

Mix your Pinkfishes Hybrid Brow Stain with Pinkfishes Hybrid Stain Developer. Ratio: For every 2 drops of brow stain mix with 1 drop of hybrid stain developer.

Mix well and then apply using an eyebrow brush.
