Our Fibre Tip Tweezers are designed in our mermaid scale criss-cross design with blue coating and Pinkfishes branding. Each Tweezer comes encased in a Pinkfishes branded tweezer sleeve for storage and protection. Our Fibre Tip tweezers are lightweight.
You should clean your tweezers after applying every set of eyelash extensions. This keeps the tweezers clear of adhesive, residue, and bacteria to help to maintain the high-quality precision and grip over time. We would recommend a medical-grade disinfectant - follow instructions given on the chosen product however if you need a quick clean to get a little bit of glue on the tweezer whilst lashing Pinkfishes Tweezer Cleaner is an already formulated liquid designed to clean tweezers quickly.
We offer 2 FREE replacements for accidental damage for 6 months after purchase. If you drop your tweezers or damage them simply contact us and we will replace them for free up to 2 times within 6 months of purchase.
*Damaged tweezers will need too be sent back to Pinkfishes by the customer.
I dropped my Fibre Tipped Tweezer, how do I get one of my 2 free replacements?
If you drop your fibre tip or elite tweezers or damage them
within your 6 months warranty, please return your tweezers to us via the original method of purchase (either via post or in store). Please find instructions here.
Damaged tweezers will need to be sent back to Pinkfishes at the cost of the customer. A replacement will be sent out to the original delivery address as soon as the damaged tweezer is received by us. We recommend sending the tweezer via recorded delivery, and we also advise you to keep your proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for any packages that are damaged or lost in transit.
