Stage 1: Perfect Lash Preparation

Retention starts before the first extension is even picked up. Natural lashes carry oils, dust, makeup residue, and proteins that can block adhesive bonding to them. Proper prep creates the clean, balanced surface your glue needs. So, choosing the right prep products for your clients is key to great results.

Pink pH balances the natural lash’s pH level, creating the ideal surface for adhesive curing. Perfect for clients with oily skin or inconsistent retention. Apply to the natural lashes after shampooing/cleansing to balance the pH and get the natural lashes ready for perfect bonding with your adhesive.

Pink Cleanser is a deep-cleansing solution that removes oils, debris, and protein buildup without dehydrating the lashes. Use after a lash shampoo for a deeper cleanse, to properly prep the natural lash before applying a pH balancer or primer for optimal results.

Pink Creation is designed to prime, dehydrate and slightly open the hair cuticle, allowing adhesive to grip more effectively — use on clients that have particularly oily lashes. Please note: this shouldn’t be used on clients that have particularly dry hair/skin, as the primer will strip out too much of the moisture from the natural lash preventing your adhesive from working properly. Apply after shampooing/cleansing instead of a pH balancer.

 

Stage 2: Choosing Your Ideal Adhesive

Not all adhesives perform the same in every environment or for every lash tech. Humidity, temperature, speed, and technique all matter. That’s why the Retention Trinity Bundle lets you select the glue that matches you best.

Your Adhesive Options:

Pink Royalty — Strong, black adhesive, 1-1.5 second drying time. 30-70% humidity, 20-24 degrees.  
Pink Radical — Strong, black adhesive, 0.5-1 second drying time. 55% humidity, 20-24 degrees. 
Pink Radical II — Strong, black adhesive, 0.5 second drying time. 55% humidity, 20-24 degrees. 
Pink Naked Clear — Sensitive, clear adhesive, 0.5-1 second drying time. 55% humidity, 20-24 degrees. 
Pink Supreme Clear — Strong, clear adhesive, 0.5 second drying time. 55% humidity, 20-24 degrees. 
Pink Duchess — Sensitive, black adhesive, 2-3 second drying time. 50-70% humidity, 23-25 degrees.

You can keep an eye on the humidity and temperature of your room by using one of our hygrometer storage tanks. This will ensure your glue is always being used in the most optimal conditions for it, meaning it will give you, and your client’s the most optimal results.

 

Stage 3: Sealing the Adhesive Bond with Pink Elixir

The final step is often the most overlooked — and the most powerful. Pink Elixir polymerises the adhesive in a quick and controlled manor, sealing the bond between the glue and the natural lash and reducing fumes. This means:

 

Improved retention

Less irritation for sensitive clients from fumes

Faster exposure to water (6 hours instead of 24)

More flexible bonds that resist breakage

 

Think of it as setting your work in place so your client leaves with lashes that are already protected. Apply Pink Elixir to the lashes, using a microfibre stick to coat the base of the lash extensions (where the adhesive is). Wait 2-3 minutes after applying the last extension before applying Pink Elixir, to ensure that the glue doesn’t shock polymerise (turn white).
