Strictly Professional Eyelash/Eyebrow Tint (15ml) is a quality eyelash tint which is suitable for use on both eyebrows, as well as lashes. Completely cruelty-free & vegan-friendly.

Directions of use:

• Mix 2cm of tint with 10 drops of Strictly Professional Tint Developer. 
• Apply the mixture to the eyelashes or eyebrows and leave for approximately 5 minutes, depending on the desired depth of colour. 
• Then remove with warm water.
