Products may be returned within 14 days from the date of receiving the products. Products must be in their original packaging, unused and re-saleable condition.

Print and complete our form, include your invoice number, name and address and a reason for the items being returned.
Please ensure you send a copy of your original invoice and that you have re-packed the parcel using strong packaging to avoid damage during transit. All returned items should be sent via recorded delivery to

Please note you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
We advise you to retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for packages that are damaged or lost in transit.
Once we have received the goods and they have been checked thoroughly, you will be credited within 7 working days.
EXCHANGES
With prior approval from pinkfishes.com, and within our 14-day return policy, exchanges can be made. The item will be exchanged once the item is returned, unused, unopened and fully checked by pinkfishes.com. If the product being exchanged is of less value a refund will be credited to your original purchase payment method. If the new item is more than the returned item, please confirm your new payment method.
